About the Event
A slow, mindful, breath-led Yoga practice to release anxiety and tension. The class is designed to leave you with a feeling of calm and wellbeing in your body and nervous system.
The class will run on Monday 16th, 23rd, 30th November + 7th December 2020
The weekly class themes are:
Class 1: Grounding and surrender
Class 2: Finding your centre & inner wisdom
Class 3: Releasing shoulder tension and softening the heart
Class 4: Connection and expansion
There is no expectation for the practice, you can take as much rest as you want, this is time for you to move as you need and connect within.
There will be a cosy, relaxed vibe to these classes. We can light candles, wear whatever is comfy - stretchy pyjamas welcome - and use plenty of blankets and cushions to support us to release and surrender.
