Soothing Yoga: Release anxiety & tension
This practice will help you to release tension from your shoulders and hips, and to burn off anxious energy, whilst building your strength.
It begins with an instruction of ujjayi breath, which can be used throughout the practice. It is one of the most effective breath techniques for reducing anxiety. We'll start standing up.
Grab a blanket, cushion and a block or large book if you have one to support you in your practice.
