I offer a slow, mindful, breath-led Yoga practice that will help release anxiety and tension. Each session is designed to increase feelings of calm and wellbeing in your body and nervous system.

Before coming to Karen's yoga class I was always really keen to try yoga but very intimidated. I now look forward to every class so, so much. They are the highlight of my week!
Karen has even helped me to incorporate yoga into my life outside of my classes. Both a talented teacher and a really lovely, inspiring person.
Karen is a wonderful yoga teacher... she explains the health benefits and we can tailor our movements to our own bodies.
We have a very mixed ability class and she caters to that very well: everybody always comments on how much they feel Karen has helped them personally.
