A slow, mindful, breath-led Yoga practice with an extra dose of shaking and moving to release anxiety and tension. The class includes some strength building and challenging options, but is designed to leave you with a feeling of calm and wellbeing in your body and nervous system.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and a blanket and a couple of cushions to keep yourself comfortable and to support your body.
