A quick and easy tool for managing your emotions
I've been feeling all the rainbow of emotions lately, so I thought I'd share a tool that has really helped me, as I know others are feeling strong emotions too.

This is often a part of my breathwork practice and it REALLY helps me to get to the heart of what I'm feeling and then move on. It's also useful at moments of stress - technology overload has led me to this of late!
I believe it's important for our mental and physical wellbeing that we feel and express all our relationships, including those like anger and grief that society is more uncomfortable with.
