Yoga for Relaxation & Release

Take time each week to release your mental stress and physical tension. Be more relaxed, calm, grounded and present. There will be gentle hatha yoga flow and yin yoga longer held stretches. And lots of focus on your breath, to quiet busy minds and prepare you for better sleep.

The class will run for 6 weeks: Monday 11th, 18th, 25th January + Monday 1st, 8th and 15th February 2021

The weekly class themes are designed to guide us through a mindful and embodied start to 2021:

Class 1: Establishing steady foundations

Class 2: Fluidity and hip release 

Class 3: Inner connection and empowerment

Class 4: Opening up and releasing the weight on your shoulders

Class 5: Forward vision and balance

Class 6: Presence and full body embodiment

There is no expectation for the practice, you can take as much rest as you want, this is time for you to move as you need and connect within.

There will be a cosy, relaxed vibe to these classes. We can light candles, wear whatever is comfy - stretchy pyjamas welcome - and use plenty of blankets and cushions to support us to release and surrender.
